 Another election year is upon us and I look forward to meeting and greeting my new constituents in the re-drawn maps of District 2. District 2 includes portions of SW and SE Cedar Rapids and College Township.
This year will bring more focus to mental health and intellectual disability issues as the legislature grapples with mental health reform. There will need to be increased attention to this issue if the state follows through with mental health re-design.
Linn County will return to the renovated Jean Oxley Public Service Center this summer, which will come close to finishing Linn County flood recovery.
Please join me February 23rd at the Cherry Building at 4:30 as I kick off my campaign. I look forward to this campaign season and hope you will contribute to my campaign.
